The garage Carmasters in Baillieston did a fast efficient courteous fitting within the time slot arranged by Black Circles & garage ??

I always use black circle and I know I always get the best deal for my tyres.

Very quick delivery no problem with the budget tyres reasonable price but I do fit and balance myself.

Great customer service in that the tyres I wanted weren’t available due to supply chain problems, I got an email and a couple of phone calls to confirm a slightly more expensive tyre would be used at no extra cost. Felt like a valued customer

Very good service, originally invoiced for wheel alignment check but this not covered in garage agreement who also charged for this, on advising by email refund of additional payment actioned immediately.

Really good service - so pleased that the garage around the corner are now able to fit as they are much better and closer than the local tyre centre I had to use last time. Also pleased that the tyres I wanted were on offer too.

All good as you would expect

I bought 2 Bridgestones tyres and picked up a slot for fitting with Savoy close to me, few hours before got cancelation from blackcircle saying garage has cancelled your appointment so click on link to choose another slot, booked again and cancelled again so called them to book with ATS tyres. Went there 2 guys playing on fone telling me system is down cant fit the tyres for you, so i started shouting and blaming black circles and telling them im calling them now for refund. As i walked away looking for their number, one of the guy runing behind me saying which make was the tyres, what size etc, we can do it but we cant print receipt for you(liars). See how much i had to go through. Wont be buying again from Black circles!
